First coloring in a while.

Which I need to alleviate. However, i've done some images for FFXIV...I just haven't posted. I guess I can do that now. BUT anyway...yeah. Lets see here...

Bulbasaur! One of my older inks I decided to spruce up. I had to try a bunch of different things to try and remind myself how I did this but apparently it sorta came back. I'll have to test it out on more old lines and new lines.

My big problem is that because of my line work, sometimes its hard for me to figure what to do about the colors. Sometimes I want just flat colors...but then it doesn't look right and I start going stir crazy. Comic book coloring with gradients seems to be one of my main sources even if I DO try different things. Bleh.

I've been so out of it, its been basically months between anything colored which isn't much for practice compared to when I did so ALL the time. Gonna try real hard to get back into something a day like once upon a time...

Long Hiatus

It has been awhile since i've posted here. Which is mostly all me.

I did a large move, and lost a lot of motivation during that. Bleh. Life.

Things are going alright for the most part. I'm going to see my dear lady soon, and hopefully it will be better then after all this time i've not seeing her.

I want to be inspired again though. Sucks how things are but alas, gotta deal.

So hopefully some drawing will start again. At least for me if I try to force myself it will be good. I've become very reclusive about a lot of my work really. I just want to focus on inks I guess...who knows at this point. My style changes so much sometimes I can't tell if its really me or not.

I really wanted to draw a Dinosaur. So, Crooktail! Another old character for that story I should one day get down...because there just isn't enough dinosaur stories out there.

Crooktail becomes a good friend of Wince. The unlikely duo going on a myriad of adventures before winding up in some bad mojo which in turn leads to Wince running into WhiteRex. Wince and Crooktail get separated but eventually run back into each other by way of Wince's elder brothers, Manticore and Maelstrom.

In any event, yup. In part my dinosaur doodles are brought upon by YedG. Which is a good thing...Dinosaurs are kinda like my original muse.

Illith casting something crazy. I don't know. I did this sketch awhile back and finally got around to inking it out. I've been incredibly lazy about things and i'm not sure if its an offshoot of the medication or just me being stupid about thinking things aren't going to come out right.

BUT in any event. I did have to alter this a bit in Photoshop with transform. I honestly thing my perception is very skewed on some level with illustrations and perspective depending on what format (traditional/digital) i'm using.

Head Shots commissions.

Head Shot!

I'm doing these again. I attempted to do 100 of them a couple years ago then fell off course.

I will say I will only take 5 clients at a time - and up to 2 characters per person for the first run.

I'm only offering inks and colors. 15$ Inks, 25$ Digital colors.

The following are past busts i've done.

These will help me out with fiddling more with commissions in general and are simple enough to do in short bursts.

Moar Pokemon!

Another set of starters. I really should color these things...but maybe after I draw them all at least. Now, sticking with their evolved forms next or jumping to other basic Pokémon...that is the question.

If you didn't know, I just draw them for practice for the most part. It is something to draw so, tis a good thing I like to believe.

Another dinosaur. One i've been meaning to do for awhile. He is a wanderer in my dinosaur-centric story. A giant whose coloration has taken on the very background of the stars. Some say he is immortal and eternally searching. Tis Atlas.
